One Hour Swimming Session
1 Hour sessions are available to book for up to 4 people at £15 per session.

- Includes: 60-minute session, with access to two changing rooms. Please note, there are no toilets located at the swimming pool; these are a short walk back to the main house.
Nature Trail
Lunch: Why not make the most of your visit? Freshly made sandwiches, drinks and snacks are available to purchase from our on-site shop and can be enjoyed as a picnic within our 15 acres of beautiful grounds. Advance sandwich orders can be arranged for larger groups.

- Best For: Families wanting to relax and explore the Dunfield grounds after swimming. Includes up to one hour of exclusive access to explore 15 acres of picturesque parkland, open grassland and tranquil woodland surrounding the Dunfield Estate.
- Includes: Full access too the grounds for one hour.
Local Community Swim
- Price: £5.00 per Adult / £3.50 per Child
- Best For: Local residents looking for quiet lane swimming or open family splash sessions during designated public hours.
- Includes: 60-minute session, access to changing cubicles.
Private Family & Group Hire
- Price: £35.00 per hour (Up to 8 swimmers)
- Best For: Families, birthday micro-groups, or local clubs who want complete, exclusive use of the entire pool room to themselves.
- Includes: 60 minutes of total privacy, integrated sound system access, and pool toys/floats allowed.
Accessible & Supported Swim
- Price: £5.00 per Swimmer (Carers swim free)
- Best For: Swimmers with limited mobility or sensory needs looking for a quiet, fully equipped, stress-free environment.
- Includes: Full access to our poolside tracking hoist, wide-entry steps, and zero-barrier changing facilities.
Swimming Pool Information:
- No Lifeguard on Duty: This is an un-lifeguarded swimming pool. All swimmers use the pool entirely at their own risk. A minimum of two responsible adults (aged 18 or over) must be present on the poolside at all times during private hire sessions. At least one responsible adult should remain on the poolside while the pool is in use.
- Child Supervision Ratios: Children under 8 years of age and all non-swimmers must be accompanied in the water by a responsible adult at a maximum ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.
- Pool Dimensions: The swimming pool measures 10 metres x 4.5 metres and has a constant depth of 1.38 metres throughout. There is no shallow or deep end, making it suitable for recreational swimming, family use and exercise.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled slot to ensure the previous group has safely vacated the changing rooms.
- Water Temperature: The pool is heated to an average temperature of 31°C. For babies under 12 months of age, we recommend that parents or guardians seek advice from their healthcare provider regarding the appropriate length of time their baby should spend in the water.
Pool Safety and Emergency Procedures:

General Safety:
- No running on the poolside.
- No diving or jumping into the pool.
- Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.
- Anyone suffering from sickness, diarrhoea or an infectious illness should not use the pool.
- Children who are not fully toilet trained must wear an appropriate swim nappy.
- Please follow any instructions given by Dunfield House staff. -
Emergency Equipment and Procedures:
A rescue pole, life ring and first aid kit are provided within the pool area.
A defibrillator (AED) is located outside the Dunfield House office.
In the event of a serious emergency:
- Do not leave the casualty unattended unless it is necessary to do so to protect your own safety.
- Activate the emergency call point. This will sound the fire alarm throughout the site and immediately alert the Dunfield House team that emergency assistance is required at the swimming pool.
- A member of the Dunfield House team will respond immediately and bring the defibrillator (AED) if it is required.
- As soon as it is safe to do so, or when another responsible adult is available to remain with the casualty, call 999 and request the appropriate emergency service.
- Follow any instructions given by the emergency services and the responding Dunfield House staff.
Please only activate the emergency call point in the event of a genuine emergency requiring immediate assistance.
